Lori Tyrrell

Lori started selling real estate in 1996 and it did not take her long to become one of the top agents in her office. In just 9 short years, Lori has gone from Rookie of the Year to Broker/Owner of one of the most successful Real Estate offices in Central Florida. Ranked in the top 1% of all real estate agents in the area, her vision, experience, and professionalism are at the core of her Multi-Million Dollar producing team. Having personally negotiated more than 500 residential real estate transactions and as the Broker/Owner of our office, it goes without saying that Lori is our trusted mentor, trainer, leader, and friend.

Carmell Patterson

One of Carmell's greatest assets is her ability to relate with people of many different cultures and she has been able to apply this great skill to her Real Estate career. A veteran at working exclusively with buyers, her main responsibilities include initial buyer consultations, setting up property searches and showings, and writing and negotiating buyer contracts. Carmell prides herself on keeping up to date with the latest in real estate news and education. Carmell works very hard to make sure all of our buyers are well informed, confident buyers.

Monica Peterson

Call Coordinator

We are very proud to tell you that the first point of contact you may have with the Lori Tyrrell Team is with Monica. She manages all of our incoming phone calls, and we are sure you can see her beautiful smile through the phone when you speak to her! Monica also assists with file and office organization, data entry for our listings, website maintenance, copies and faxes, and making sure that our files are complete and tidy. Monica is an excellent multi-tasker, and she is also multi-lingual, fluent in English and French, and conversational in Spanish. Bravo!
